Description:

On Friday, May 2nd from 9am to 7pm and Saturday, May 3rd from 9am to 4pm, the 17th annual SPRING GARDEN MARKET and PLANT SALE will be held on the grounds of the historic St. Mary Anne’s Episcopal Church in North East…RAIN or SHINE. “It’s the only place to be,” said Laurie Jones, Garden Market Coordinator, “for everything you might want for your gardening needs. The market is a great way to do all your Mother's Day and garden shopping all in one place.”

More than 40 vendors will be selling all things related to gardening, including plants of all kinds, garden accents, hanging baskets, fruit trees, fresh produce, and of course, food from local restaurants. Tours of the historic church will be conducted both days and a silent auction will also be held both days. There will be live music on Saturday.

Jones suggests that you bring your wagon, your wish list and make a day of it. This is a family event, with something for everyone, even the children.

St. Mary Anne’s is located on Route 272 South, at 315 S. Main Street, North East, Maryland, close to Route 40 and Interstate 95. Funds raised from the event will go towards the work of the church.

For more information, call 410-287-5522 or visit us on the web at www.stmaryanne.org.
