Spend an evening with world-renowned chef Michele Haines of Spring Mill Cafe. Michele travels the globe teaching and sharing her knowledge -- the Wayne Art Center is excited to welcome her to THE KITCHEN! The menu will include her French specialties such as brioche filled with salmon mousse and classic chocolate mousse.
