Philadelphia music fans are about to get the gift of pure unadulterated rock n’ roll as Sam Adam Promotions unveils its “Rockin Christmas” concert at Philly’s 2300 Arena (2300 S. Swanson St. Philadelphia, PA) on Saturday, December 21 starting at 4 PM.

Featuring 12 bands, including headlining rock band Tantric, as well as fellow national recording artist Brian Quinn (Candlebox), who will be performing a special, intimate acoustic set with former bandmates Brian Bortnick (Octane), Bobby Pirylis (Octane) and Danny Beissel (Fosterchild/Featherborn), and a variety of established and emerging Philly artists, CEO and Founder Sam Adams says the show will be a “celebration of some of the best music in Philadelphia.”

Tantric, whose lead guitarist Sebastian LaBar and bass player Jaron Gulino hail from the “City Of Brotherly Love,” will be fresh off their European tour with Attic Theory and are slated to perform a set that spans their seven-album career, including such hits as “Breakdown,” “Astounded”, and “Live Your Life.” The Gold-selling rockers will also unveil their latest single “Angry,” which they recently released their video for in late November, to the Philly audience. In addition to the nationally-renowned artists, “Rockin’ Christmas” will showcase the diverse talents of several of Philly’s favorite bands including Zeke Sky, Marsha Drive, Zenora, The Otherside, Roygbiv, and many more. Students from Future Stars and Richards Rock Academy will also perform before the featured acts to introduce themselves and their music as the next generation of Philly musicians.
