On Friday, October 19, Reading Terminal Market will be hosting another one of their after-hour dinners. This dinner in the series will be led by local Philadelphia chef, Nick Macri. Chef Macri is the award-winning owner of La Divisa Meats at the Market, and he is one of the city’s premier authorities on charcuterie. Macri will walk event-goers through his entire process, all the way from selecting ingredients from stands at the Market to preparing one of the night’s five pre-selected courses. Then, his seasonal five-course dinner will be served. Attendees are invited to bring their own wine to pair with the delicious food.
