On Sunday, September 23, at 3:00 pm, mezzo-soprano Erin Lippard will perform with pianist Kenneth Osowski at Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church. Their program is titled ‘In Good Company – A Centennial Celebration of Leonard Bernstein.’ Part of the church’s Vision 2020 Program, this event is FREE and open to the community.

This year, Leonard Bernstein would have turned 100. Lippard and Osowski will mark this milestone with a concert at Lower Brandywine dedicated to the music of this American musical icon, along with the circle of composers he befriended, influenced, and admired, including: Aaron Copland, Irving Fine, Stephen Sondheim, and more.

Join us for this centennial celebration of a musical life and those with whom he shared it. Visitors are invited to come ‘as they are.’ This event will be held in the church sanctuary.

Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church is located on Route 52 at 101 Old Kennett Rd, Wilmington, DE 19807, across from Winterthur, within easy driving distance of northern Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania.
