A Creek Walk to celebrate World Conservation Day

Join TLC for a family-friendly educational creek walk!

Learn about water as a habitat for animals while we search the Red Clay Creek for fish, amphibians, and macroinvertebrates! These creatures will help us understand the health of our local waterway. World Conservations Day is celebrated all over the world on July 28 each year and recognizes that a healthy environment is the foundation for a stable and productive society. In order to ensure the well-being of present and future generations, everyone must participate to protect, conserve and sustainably manage our natural resources. Join us! Details: Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you don't mind getting wet or dirty! Please wear closed-toed water shoes or sneakers.
