SCCCC 4th Annual Inspirational Breakfast

Join the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce for its Annual Inspirational Breakfast Thursday, May 17, beginning at 7 am at The Mendenhall Inn.

The keynote speaker is Chester County District Attorney Thomas P. Hogan who will present “To Live and Die in Chester Country: The Opioid Crisis.” Hogan will be joined by Jacki Smiro, Executive Director of Live4RJ, and Brandt Norton, of Behavioral Wellness & Recovery, in an examination of the prevalence and ramifications of opioid usage in Chester County and beyond. Pennsylvania ranks 4th in the United States in number of drug overdose deaths per year; in 2016, more than 4,600 Pennsylvanians died as a result of drug abuse, with thousands more affected by addiction, either personally, or through family, friends, and loved ones. The Inspirational Breakfast welcomes business and community leaders from across the region.
