Full day (9:30AM-4:45PM course which covers sailing theory and procedures and the topics important in operating the typical cruising sailboat under charter on the Chesapeake Bay or in the Caribbean. Taught by experienced sailors. Sponsored by the Philadelphia Sailing Club which since 1979 has had members sailing in the Chesepeake Bay, New England, Caribbean and European waters.
