“RIBSTOCK” ROCKS ITS WAY INTO ITS EIGHT YEAR!

Day-Long Music Event at Bridgeport Ribhouse To Benefit Expressive Path, The Bridgeport Little League & Musicopia

The much-anticipated “Ribstock 2018,” which features eight of the hottest local bands, is returning, once again, Sunday, February 18 to the iconic Bridgeport Ribhouse (1049 Ford Street, Bridgeport). Returning for the eighth consecutive year, this exciting all-day music fest will raise money for Expressive Path, a non-profit organization committed to enriching, educating, and inspiring adolescents by providing resources in the areas of theater, dance, music, humanities and the visual arts, as well as the Bridgeport Little League. Organizers will also be accepting gently used musical equipment to donate to Musicopia, a local non-profit that works to build sustained partnerships with school districts throughout the region and is a leader in revitalizing in and after school music programs. The festivities kick off at 2 PM and will feature performances by some of the area’s best artists including: Former Strangers, Work Release, Hot Sauce Junkies, Juliano Brothers, Whiskyhickon Boys, Cattauus, Mile High Club featuring Paul Sinclair and Paul Hammond from Get The Led Out, and Montoj. “Ribstock” will be sponsored by the following local businesses: Rotation Records, axis Construction Management and Bauder Audio Systems.
