Feast Your Eyes Presents: Pho Friday
With temperatures ranging from chilly to OMG, my-nose-might-freeze-off, there’s no greater way to warm up this winter than with a delicious bowl of steaming hot Pho. And we can’t think of a more exciting way to enjoy it than at a cooking demo and dinner with Chris Nguyen, executive chef of Feast Your Eyes on Friday, March 2. Chef Chris will be front and center to teach guests how to construct traditional Vietnamese pho. He will demonstrate how to prepare the broth, char the aromatics, and toast the spices to warm pho-fection. You’ll learn how to make three variations: traditional beef, coconut pork belly, and vegan mushroom tamarind. Pho Friday will take place at Front & Palmer, located at 1750 North Front Street, in Philadelphia's burgeoning South Kensington Arts District. Guests can sign up for the demo and dinner (6 to 10 p.m.) for $68 or just the dinner (8 to 10 p.m.) for $34. A cash bar and free parking will be available.
