The Washington Memorial Chapel & Valley Forge Park Alliance To Host A Special Lecture On “Art And The American Revolution”

Guest Lecturer Is Gale Rawson

The Washington Memorial Chapel and The Washington Memorial Heritage have announced that they are joining forces with the Valley Forge Park Alliance to host a special evening with Gale Rawson, professor at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, about “Art And The American Revolution” on Tuesday, January 2 at 7 PM. As part of the monthly Speaker Series, which is held at The Washington Memorial Chapel, Rawson will provide a look at how art reflected and shaped the story of the birth of our nation. The series, which is currently in its ninth year, promises to be even more popular this year thanks to the variety of guest speakers and topics that will be covered, say Gardiner Pearson, president of the board of the Washington Memorial Heritage and Don Naimoli president of the Valley Forge Park Alliance. The talks are sponsored by Malvern Federal and the Sherrin H and Bruce A. Baky Foundation.
