Description:

Dress comfortably to recline on the floor or to sit in a chair. We will create our sacred space for supported shavasana. A reclined position with legs resting over props. Chairs and backpacks will be available.

Tibetan Singing Bowls are an ancient meditative and therapeutic modality utilized by Buddhist Monks for centuries. You are invited to experience this peaceful, transcendent, reflective, and meditative modality. During our time together we will engage in a group sound healing meditation through the use of ancient sounds and geometry. Through the use of ancient sounds we will disengage the physical and engage the vastness of who we are. Afterwards, we will share in conversation of our experiences.
