The Newlin Series: "An Historical Archaeology of Cuisine"

Join us as we explore different aspects of Newlin Grist Mill's unique historical and environmental resources. Get an in-depth look at the site with programs that range from presentations by guest speakers to hands-on workshops. In this session, archaeologist Teagan Schweitzer will discuss how archaeological resources can be combined with documentary evidence to paint a picture of the food culture of the Delaware Valley from 1750 to 1850. Cost: $5 members / $7 non-members. Pre-registration is required.
