Valentine's Day Dinner & Wine Pairing

Reserve a table for two, in the Red Lion Tasting Room, this Valentine's Day, February 14th at 7pm featuring gourmet food from Table and Galer Estate's award winning wines. The food pairing will include an exclusive taste of the Gold Medal Pinot Noir Rosé! One seating at 7pm. A four-course meal, be sure to pre-order. Intimate setting, limited to ONLY 10 couples - so be sure to RSVP: $120 / person. Each purchase benefitting the Oxford Art Alliance. We cannot wait to see you there! Menu Lobster Bisque, Fresh Herbs and Citrus Zest, or Mushroom Soup, Sherry and Tarragon Baby Baguette - paired with Galer Estate's Huntress Vidal Blanc. Gem Lettuce Salad, Raw Market Veggies & Shallot Vinaigrette - paired with Galer Estate's Red Lion Chardonnay. Short Rib 'Bourguignon,' Glazed Carrots and Horseradish Potatoes, or Sustainable Salmon, Preserved Lemon Sauce, Fennel and Horseradish Potatoes - paired with Galer Estate's Pinot Noir Rosé. Triple Chocolate Cake, Fruit and Handmade Macaron Plate for Two, or Locavore Cheese Plate for Two (supplement $15 for 2 - if both cheese and sweets desired) - paired with Galer Estate's Cabernet Franc.
