On Wednesday, October 19 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm Steve Carcarey of Collegeville Italian Bakery in Collegeville, PA will host west coast based 12-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani for a signing of Gemignani’s cookbook, The Pizza Bible. Signed copies of The Pizza Bible, Gemignani’s comprehensive guide to pizza making and various regional styles, will be on sale at the event for $30.00. During the event, Gemignani will visit with guests, demo a few techniques and share his tips and tricks for making great pizza. A selection of pies made by himself and Carcarey for the occasion will also be available for purchase.
