I was the first paying tenant to move in during the Fall of 2014. I am in an ADA approved unit and I am quite pleased with the comfort of floor design, and all the amenities offered. The waiting list is extensive but if you pass the thorough background check I am sure you'll be happy at Granite Ridge. Life is good here.
