Chester County Balloon Festival 2015

(Photo by Jeff Kahan) Several balloons were featured in an evening glow as part of this year's Chester County Balloon Festival, held at the New Garden Flying Field in Toughkenamon.

The weather didn't cooperate fully, but balloons still soared and glowed last weekend.
