 ROBBERY SUSPECT SOUGHT
Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the suspect in a robbery that occurred in the parking lot of Domino's Pizza on Millers Hill Road in Kennett Township in the early morning hours of April 5.
According to police, the robbery victim was in his vehicle in front of Domino's Pizza at approximately 1:33 a.m. when a man wearing a ski mask and a black jacket opened the passenger side door and pointed a gun at the victim. The suspect took money from the victim and fled on foot. The suspect is described as Hispanic, about 5-foot-10, and weighing 180 pounds. Anyone with information should contact police at 610-268-2022.
DRAG RACING CHARGES
On March 28 at 2:42 a.m., police were dispatched to the area of Penn Green Road and Baltimore Pike for a report of vehicles drag racing.  Officers heard the vehicles at the New Garden Airport in the 1200 block of Newark Road. Four vehicles were surrounded by seven young men. Police found damage to the runway reflectors and the ground surrounding the runway.  The following subjects received non-traffic summonses, charging them with criminal trespass and criminal mischief: Jonathan Newton, 18, of Thorndale; Keith Faulkner Jr., 20, of Bear, Del.; Alexander Insley, 21, and Jonathan Veselsky, 19, both of Townsend, Del.; and Nicholas Pisklak, 19, Julian Concha, 20, and a juvenile male, 17, all of Wilmington, Del.
INTRUDER FOUND ASLEEP
A Chadds Ford man awoke on April 11 at 7:23 a.m. to find an unknown man sleeping in his living room, according to Pennsylvania State Police Avondale. The home is at 320 Kennett Pike. No other information was available from police.
RETAIL THEFT
Kennett Square Police have charged Daniel Barkley, 31, of Townsend, Del., with retail theft after he allegedly concealed a hair styling product under his jacket and left a business in the 100 block of South Mill Road without paying for it.
UNDERAGE DRINKING
Kennett Square Police reported that a 13-year-old boy from Kennett Square was charged with underage drinking, public drunkenness and curfew violations after he was found unconscious in the 200 block of East State Street. The juvenile was also cited for disorderly conduct after he allegedly yelled obscenities at ambulance personnel. He was transported to Jennersville Regional Hospital at the request of his parent.
SPEEDING AND DRUG CHARGES
Pennsylvania State Police Avondale arrested Cedric Ervin Rolle, 22, of Baltimore, Md., on April 11 at 7:28 p.m. after a traffic stop on Route 1 at Newark Road. He was clocked at 81 miles per hour, and was also charged with possession of marijuana.
DUI
Pennsylvania State Police Avondale charged Washington Elease Desdemona, 27, of Chester, with DUI, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. She was found by police attempting to hitchhike on Route 1 near Pennsbury Way in Pennsbury Township after her vehicle had a flat tire.
Pennsylvania State Police Avondale arrested Randal Thomas Eveland, 31, of Landenberg, for DUI on April 11 at 3:08 a.m. Eveland was driving and failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Good Hope Road and Penn Green Road. He was found to be DUI after a traffic stop.
Melissa Murphy Ludwig, of Cochranville, was arrested for DUI by Pennsylvania State Police after a traffic accident on Ewing Road in Londonderry Township on April 2.
Kennett Square Police charged Carolyn Jordan, 29, of Kennett Square, with DUI after a traffic stop at Route 82 and Leslie Drive on March 28. She was released at her residence pending a summons from District Court.
Matthew Brian Mooney, 27, was charged with DUI by Pennsylvania State Police after a traffic stop shortly before 1 a.m. on April 5 at Route 896 just south of Baltimore Pike in Upper Oxford Township. 
Jose Villalobos-Gomez, 22, of Wilmington, Del.,  Aja Zahade Wilson, 19, of Wilmington, Del., and Drenda Darnay Moore, 21, of Wilmington, Del., were arrested and charged with DUI or drug charges after a traffic stop on April 7. According to police, Gomez was arrested for DUI. Wilson and Moore were found to have small amounts of marijuana and were arrested on possession charges.
Matthew Salvatore Cardile, 29, of Avondale, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police for DUI on March 29 at Clarks Lane and Route 52 in Pocopson Township.
James Robert O'Connor, 21, of Oxford, was arrested for DUI by Pennsylvania State Police on April 5 after a traffic stop on Baltimore Pike west of Jennersville Road in Penn Township.
Danny Castenada-Gil, 21, of New Castle, Del., was arrested for DUI by Pennsylvania State Police at Route 52 and Route 926 in East Marlborough Township. 
Erica Rochelle Huss, of Newark, Del., was arrested on April 3 by Pennsylvania State Police for DUI and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia on Stockford Road, north of Cossart Road, in Pennsbury Township.
