KAPRB coaches aim to create a positive and fun sports environment, teach effective skills, and help the players to develop a strong foundation of team work and sportsmanship.

Pennock Park Renovations: In 2007, the Borough of Kennett Square named KAPRB as the organization to manage Herb Pennock Park located on South Street in the Borough of Kennett Square. Under the management of KAPRB, the Park has undergone many renovations.
We improved the upper and lower fields by adding new lights and new fencing for the out fields and dugouts. In addition, a new front entrance sign with a landscaping boarder was added along with a new playground set.
A new auxiliary field was developed with lights for evening use. The bleachers were updated and stone beds were created. New irrigation systems were installed for each infield. Additional excavation and overhaul of the upper outfield helped to improve field conditions. The Snack Shed has seen renovations to the bathroom and a new cement pad has been installed around the base of the structure.
More projects included a major overhaul and reconstruction of the parking lot along with a newly paved front entrance and the construction of new dugouts. The installation of shade trees, a walking trail and many more border trees around the park provide overall beautification.
This summer we installed new scoreboards at the park. We are currently working to raise funds to purchase and install 8 new sets of bleachers at the park. Annual volunteer clean up days help with the upkeep of the Park. More projects and enhancements to the Park are planned.
