Michelle Kichline sworn in as Chester County Commissioner

Michelle Haris Kichline took the oath of office as a Chester County Commissioner in Courtroom 1 of the Chester County Justice Center. The oath was administered by Chester County Court of Common Pleas president judge James P. MacElree II.

Kichline is serving the final year of the four-year Commissioner term left vacant by Ryan Costello, who won a seat in the U.S. House.

Michelle is a former Tredyffrin Township supervisor and serves on the board of the Delaware River Port Authority.  Commissioner Kichline joins Commissioner Terence Farrell and Commissioner Kathi Cozzone on the three-person board.
