At their Dec. 1 organization meeting, the Unionville-Chadds Ford School Board did a little jockeying for position, but the end result was the same.
Victor Dupuis was unanimously re-elected as board president. In the election for vice-president, Kathleen Do nominated current vice-president Gregg Lindner. Board member Jeff Hellrung nominated Robert Sage. In the voting, Hellrung, Carolyn Daniels and Keith Knauss voted for Sage, and Sage himself voted for Lindner. The rest of the board members -- Steve Simonson, Michael Rock and Dupuis -- gave Lindner the victory.

For 2015, the board will retain the same lineup: Victor Dupuis (president); Gregg Lindner (vice-president); and representatives Jeff Hellrung, Keith Knauss, Robert Sage, Steve Simonson, Michael Rock, Kathleen Do, and Carolyn Daniels.
The board's next meeting will be held at the Unionville-Chadds Ford District Office (740 Unionville Rd., Kennett Square) on Jan. 12 at 6:30 p.m. The work session is open to the public. Visit www.ucfsd.org for more information.
