A Kennett Square man who fled his home and family after police charged him with distributing child pornography is still at large, according to Pennsylvania State Police Avondale.

Jeffrey Matthew Ball, 45, who lived on East Doe Run Road in East Marlborough Township, is charged with sexual abuse of children.

The case began on March 2, when detectives from Delaware County discovered that Ball was sharing images of child pornography from his home computer. On Sept. 16, members of the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant at Ball's home and seized several computers. Investigators found images and videos depicting child pornography on the computers. On Oct. 2, an arrest warrant was issued for Ball, charging him with 503 felony counts, including the possession and dissemination of child pornography.

Once Ball learned he was being investigated, he fled the area, leaving his home, wife and children. He is still at large. A LinkedIn profile for Ball indicates that he has worked at several regional companies, including Deloitte, LPW Training Services, MetaMeme LLC, and the Judge Group.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding Ball. Call investigators at 610-486-6280.
