Oxford Area High School senior Jason D’Antonio, son of Janet and Matthew D’Antonio, will serve as student representative on the Oxford Area Board of School Directors for 2014-15.  He will attend each regular school board meeting to report on activities and programs at the high school.

Jason is senior class president and a member of Student Council, National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America and Interact. He also serves on the Renaissance Committee.

Earlier this year, Jason was named a winner of the Widener University High School Leadership Award. In its third year, this awards program is designed to recognize high school students in the Philadelphia region who embody the university’s commitment to develop and inspire leaders to affect positive change.

Award recipients will receive a scholarship of $20,000 over four years if they enroll at Widener University for undergraduate studies.
