AGRA soccer results

The following results are from the second week of play for the Avon Grove Fall Soccer Program:

Mixed Senior Division:  Tom's TV took the win 6-3 over Davis Accounting.  Ricky Escobar, Pierce Tetlow and Jesse Peterson each contributed two goals for Tom's TV.  Tyler Adiarte had two saves in goal.  Davis Accounting goal scorers were Alek Pochan, with one, and Hugo Pochan, with two goals.  Ethan Koszi was key defensive player of the game for Davis Accounting.

 

Girls Senior Division:  Oxford Plumbing & Heating, Inc. defeated Cari Orthodontics, 5-0.  Rachael Eason scored two goals, Meghan Eason scored two goals and Sabriya Zaman scored one goal for Oxford Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Darby Bankowski was key defensive player for Oxford Plumbing & Heating.  Brianna Miller was the key defensive player of the game and Erica Roland and Aileen Carillo were the key offensive players of the game for Cari Orthodontics.

 

Mixed Junior Division:  McCormick Orthodontics won 5-0 over John Gallen Photographer.  Jonathan LeStourgeon netted four goals. Gabe Rieger, Tejvir Gill, and Gavin Travis played well on defense for McCormick Orthodontics.  John Gallen Photographer had great saves in goal by Mike Shatley, great defense from Warren Simms,  and Great offense from Billy McAfee.

 

Girls Junior Division:  Yerkes insurance came away with a 2-0 win over McCormick Orthodontics.  Viviana Hollars and Crystal Petrone each netted one goal for Yerkes Insurance. Lillianna Spears with excellent leadership. McCormick Orthodontics key offensive player was Macy Scheck.  Key defensive player for McCormick Orthodontics was Jade Shipkowski.

 

Mixed Elementary Division: Kelly's Sports, Inc. took the win, 3-0, over Filacheck's Furniture. Grant McCauley netted two goals and Skye Shipkowski scored one goal for Kelly's Sports, Ltd.

 

Girls Elementary Division:  Abernethy's Auto Body Shop tied Nowland Associates Contractors 2-2.  Jasmeet Gill scored for Abernethy's Auto Body Shop with good play from Marilyn Dunlap, Arpita Praveen, Isabella Bertolino, Ava Aldana, and Sriya Vangala.  Nowland Associates Contractors had one goal each from Hannah Strawhecker and Aarushi Ganavante while Deisy Rose was a key all-around player.

 

In the third week of play, the following results were reported:

 

Mixed Senior Division:  Tom's TV and Davis Accounting tied 2-2.  Ricky Escobar and Jesse Peterson each scored one goal for Tom's TV. Jesse Peterson also had two saves in goal. Davis Accounting had one goal each from Mario Herrara and Jose Navarvete.  Alek Pochan was key offensive player and Sam Moyer was key defensive player for Davis Accounting.

 

Girls Senior Division:  Oxford Plumbing & Heating, Inc. took the win over Cari Orthodontics. Darby Bankoski netted two goals. Michelle LeStourgeon was the key defensive player for Oxford Plumbing & Heating.  Cari Orthodontics had key defense from Aileen Carrillo and key offense from Erica Roland and Faith McAfee.

 

Mixed Junior Division:  McCormick Orthodontics won 3-0 over John Gallen Photographer.  Jonathan LeStourgeon, John Rojas, and Aiden Rieger each contributed one goal for McCormick Orthodontics.

 

Girls Junior Division:  Yerkes Insurance beat McCormick Orthodontics 1-0 with Bridget Lange scoring the goal, Siena Davaolos contributing good kicks, and Melanie Carrillo sprinting throughout the game for Yerkes Insurance. McCormick Orthodontics had key offense from Leah Villone and key defense from Rachelle Swyers.

 

Girls Elementary Division:   Abernethy's Auto Body Shop won 2-1 over Nowland Associates Contractors. Isabella Bertolino and Arpita Praveen each netted one goal for Abernethy's Auto Body Shop while the entire team played well defensively.  Nowland Associates Contractors goal scorer was Sriya Vangala with key defense from Ava Aldana, Deisy Rose and key offense from Hannah Strawhecker.

 

Mixed Elementary Division:  Filacheck's Furniture won 1-0 over Kelly's Sports, Ltd.  Nikhil Pendse scored for Filacheck's Furniture.  Mackenzie Peterson and Matt Doerfler were key offensive players.  Connor Jacoby and Chase Gallagher were key defensive players for Filacheck's Furniture Kelly's Sports, Ltd. player of the game was Lucas Medina.
