As part of its recent 2014-2015 installation ceremony, the Oxford Rotary Club officially recognized member Dr. Raymond Fischer as a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
