The Kennett Square Senior Center is welcoming the community to an elegant catered meal on Aug. 16 from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Red Clay Room.

The dinner theme, “Shrooms and More,” will be reflected in the selection of entrees, which will be served buffet-style. A silent auction will feature items and packages in a wide range of suggested prices. Proceeds benefit the programs offered by the senior center to the community.
