Prior to the end of the school year, sixth grade students at Hopewell Elementary School had an opportunity to enhance the lessons in their "Weather & Water" science unit when the NASA GeoDome, a portable digital planetarium, was installed at the school for two days of presentations by teacher Mark Neff. Sitting inside the GeoDome, students experienced a 360-degree tour of the solar system, utilizing data from the TERRA satellite mission. The GeoDome is made available to schools through the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
