In addition, volunteer adult Girl Scouts, who serve on the management team, won the highest honors given by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. Karen D'Agusto, the volunteer service unit manager, won the Diversity Award for outstanding efforts in promoting inclusiveness and pluralism in Scout programming. Lori Sullivan was presented with the GSUSA Honor Pin for her outstanding programming opportunities (Brownie Bash, Junior Bonanza, Daisy Day, Renaissance Fair, gymnastics, Dance, Gals and Pals) which are offered to the service units throughout Chester County. Sullivan's programs attract Girl Scouts from Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks County, as well as Delaware and Maryland.

The GSEP Super Service Unit Award was presented to Rachel Brunke and Lorie Pye. Brunke led the  service unit in a successful cookie sale, and Pye led the service unit's effort to establish "best practices" in leader training and develop strategies for high-performing troops.
