Letter to the Editor:

PECO's response to the power outages was less than pathetic. The only thing PECO cares about is the millions they pay an out-of-touch CEO and the shareholders. Their monopoly needs to be broken so we have a better choice on rates. PECO must pay politicians enough so that no one looks too closely at their lack of interest in taking care of customers.
