At one point during the ice storm on Feb. 5, nearly 90 percent of the homes and businesses in Chester County were without power. Some people were left without electricity for more than five days. The Chester County Press is interested in knowing how people feel about PECO management's response to the power outages. We're not talking about the linemen who worked tirelessly to restore power, just the management. Do you think that PECO management was responsive to customer service calls? Did PECO have an adequate plan in place to handle the ice storm?
