DRUG CHARGES

Kennett Square police arrested Sharon Johnston, 36, of Kennett Square, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license, on Jan. 8 after a traffic stop in the 700 block of West State Street. She was found to have a bench warrant and was released to constables.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Kennett Square police detained Jason Kieffer, 26, of Atglen, on an outstanding bench warrant for parole violation after a traffic stop in the 100 block of West State Street on Jan. 11 at 1 a.m. He was released to constables.

DOG BITES

Tina Marie Miller, 45, of Oxford, was cited for allowing her dog to run loose on Jan. 20 after her dog bit a 49-year-old Oxford woman on the leg.

Michael Charles Sisson, 45, of Nottingham, was cited for allowing his dog to run loose on Jan. 20 when his dog bit a rooster belonging to a 31-year-old Nottingham woman. 

DUI

Pennsylvania State Police Avondale arrested Diego Matias Dominguez, 37, of Hockessin, Del., for DUI on Jan. 21 at 3:47 a.m. Dominguez had lost control of his vehicle and struck three cars in the parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn on Route 1 in East Marlborough Township. 

New Garden Township police arrested Jesus Perez, 70, of Landenberg, for DUI on Jan. 7 after police checked on a report of a car parked in the 9100 block of Gap Newport Pike. Police found an open bottle of liquor on the passenger seat and determined that Perez was intoxicated. He was charged and released pending a court appearance.

New Garden Township police responded to a report of a car that had struck an embankment in the 800 block of Newark Road on Jan. 7 and found that the driver, Adrian Martinez, 32, of Landenberg, was DUI. He admitted to consuming beers within the previous half-hour. He was charged and released pending a court appearance.
