Donating for good nutrition

Steve Pesce, president of the Italian American Citizens League of Kennett Square, recently presented a check for $5,000 to Melanie Weiler, executive director of Kennett Area Community Service. It’s estimated that with this donation, the Kennett Food Cupboard will be able to purchase more than 3,000 pounds of food for needy families.
