Lawrence a lemon

In the middle of his second term as a State Representative in the 13th district, John Lawrence has shown me enough.

I think Lawrence is no “ball of fire” and will never go anywhere in leadership. Next year would be a good time for the GOP to get a better candidate and force a primary fight.

Lawrence recently voted three times against the long-needed transportation bill that would start to fix faulty bridges and roads, some of which are in his district. This legislation was an important part of Gov. Corbett's promise for his first term. Lawrence voted against his own party's governor and the majority of GOP lawmakers. Do we need to know more?

Lawrence has dreams of being a career legislator and now is the time to nip his dreams in the bud. The Republican organization in Chester County should not let Lawrence become another Chris Ross or Art Hershey and linger on in mediocrity.
