COPPER PIPES STOLEN

Kennett Square police reported that a vacant property in the 500 block of Southview Avenue was entered sometime between Jan. 31 and Nov. 8, and copper pipe was stolen.

CAR BREAK-IN

Overnight on Nov. 4, a car parked in the 300 block of Church Alley in Kennett Square was broken into, according to Kennett Square police. A GPS unit, flashlight and charger, USB and charging cables, sunclasses and a bacteria counting instrument were stolen.

DRUG CHARGES

On Nov. 9 in the 500 block of Center Street, Kennett Square police arrested Brayan Torres, 19, of Kennett Square, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol and underage drinking. He was released pending a summons from District Court.

PUBLIC DRINKING

Three men were charged with violating Kennett Square's open container ordinance on Nov. 4 at 4:30 p.m. Kennett Square police reported that Francisco Domingo-Morales, 45, Isaias Ramirez, 27, and Faustino Ramirez-Juarez, 32, all of Kennett Square, were cited in the 500 block of South Union Street, under the overpass.

DUI

New Garden Township police arrested Salvado Marcelo-Antunu, 37, of Kennett Square, for DUI on Nov. 5 after he was seen driving erratically on West Cypress Street. He was released pending a court appearance.

New Garden Township police arrested Evaristo Rodriguez, 44, of New Castle, Del., for DUI on Nov. 7 after he was seen driving erratically at West Cypress Street and Scarlett Road. He was released pending a court appearance.

New Garden Township police arrested Daniel Alonso-Gonzales, 38, of Avondale, for DUI on Nov. 9 on Hillendale Road. He was released pending a court appearance.
