Wildlife bronzes 
Somerville Manning Gallery (101 Stone Block Row, Greenville, Del.) is exhibiting bronze wildlife sculptures by Pennsylvania artist Rikki Morley Saunders through Nov. 16. Working only from life, Saunders often uses the animals that live on her property as models for her works. Nov. 15 

Wyeth biographer speaks

Richard Meryman, Andrew Wyeth biographer and author of the recently published Andrew Wyeth: A Spoken Self-Portrait, will discuss his memories of the artist based on 45 years of recorded interviews with Wyeth, his family, friends and models on Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. at the Brandywine River Museum in Chadds Ford. Meryman first met Wyeth when he wrote an article about him for Lifein 1964, and the two kept in touch until Wyeth's death in 2009. He has written several books about Wyeth, including Andrew Wyeth (1968), a major book of the artist's paintings and Andrew Wyeth: A Secret Life (1996), the definitive Wyeth biography. The program is included with regular museum admission. Meryman will sign copies of his books (limit of two signatures per customer), which are available in the museum shop, following the presentation. Museum admission is $12 for adults; $8 for ages 65 and older, $6 for students and children ages 6 to 12; free for children under 6 and Brandywine Conservancy members.

The Artists Circle

The Artists Circle, a group of 25 professional artists, will be exhibiting in the fellowship hall of Paoli Presbyterian Church (225 S. Valley Rd., Paoli) on Nov. 15 from 11 a.m.to 5 p.m., with a reception from 5 to 8 p.m., and Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. All framed original paintings are $100. Rockwell Kent and Jamie Wyeth

''The Look of Love'

Winterthur Museum (Route 52, five miles south of Route 1) presents "The Look Of Love: Eye Miniatures from the Skier collection" through Jan. 5. Sometimes called lover's-eye jewelry, the history of these watercolors intricately dabbed on tiny pieces of ivory dates back to the late 18th century. The intimate portraits are set into elaborately jeweled brooches, rings, lockets, pendants, small boxes, toothpick cases, and other tiny tokens of affection.
