What do Stephen Black, Matt Fetick, Geoffrey Henry, and Doris Howell have in common?

That’s right, they are all mayors of small boroughs in southern Chester County.

They are also all unopposed in their respective bids for reelection in the Nov. 5 election.

Howell is the longtime mayor of Avondale who earned the nomination for another term in the Primary Election. Black has served as West Grove’s mayor for 13 years. Henry is seeking his third term as mayor in Oxford. Fetick, meanwhile, is currently finishing his first term as mayor and is looking to win a second term.
