Dansko, the West Grove-based footwear company, has earned the B Corp Best for Workers award from B Lab, which recognizes companies' treatment of their workers through compensation, benefits, training and ownership opportunities. It also focuses on the overall work environment within the company through management/worker communication, job flexibility and corporate culture, and worker health and safety practices.
