A day to remember

Letter to the Editor:

I thank everyone who made this year's Mushroom Festival Car Show one to remember!

We thank the family of Ed Twohig—Donna, his wife, and Mark, his son, who graciously allowed the dedication of this year's car show to him and his 1957 Chevy Nomad.

To all who participated from far and near, we thank you for caring enough to be here and share this day with us. Meeting you personally and sharing stories and experiences made my day. Please think of us next year for another great day in Kennett.

To all involved in the Mushroom Festival who started earlier and worked harder than ever before to make this special day possible, we thank you! It is a privilege to be part of this event, and I cannot wait for next year.
