The third program in the Free Speakers Series will take place on Sept. 18 and focus on Pennsylvania property taxes.

David Baldinger, from the Pennsylvania Taxpayers Cyber Coalition, will talk about HB/SB 76 for the elimination of school property taxes, and the benefits of these bills to Pennsylvanians.

This event will be held on Sept. 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the New Garden Township Building (299 Starr Rd., Landenberg).
