These two men are being sought in connection with two retail thefts at the CVS store in New Garden Township.

THEFT SUSPECTS SOUGHT

New Garden Township Police are seeking the public's help in identifying two men who are wanted in connection with two shoplifting incidents at the CVS Pharmacy on Newark Road in New Garden Township.

On Aug. 12 at about 1:20 p.m., the two suspects entered the store. One of them approached the counter to make a purchase while the second man walked into the store. The store manager told police that the second man left the store with an obvious bulge under his sweatshirt. The first suspect followed. The manager believes the second suspect stole two hairdryers valued at $50.

At about 6:41 p.m. on the same day, the first suspect came back and took a basket, putting about 28 cans of baby formula inside and then leaving without paying. He was seen getting into a white four-door sedan, possibly a Dodge or Pontiac, which then fled towards Route 41. The total estimated loss is between $800 and $850.

The first suspect is a white male in his 20s, with a mustache and goatee and short brown hair. The second suspect is a white male in his late teens or early 20s with brown hair pulled into a ponytail.

Police ask anyone who recognizes the suspects to call 610-268-2907, ext. 100, or the anonymous tip line at 610-268-2907, ext. 222.
