Kennett Square man threatens police in 911 call

A Kennett Square man was taken to Chester County Prison after he called 911 on Aug. 11 and asked for police to be sent to his house so he could kill them.

Walter Maldonado-Carrillo, 20, who lives at 449 E. South St., called 911 at about 11:16 p.m., asking for police to be dispatched to his home. He was subsequently arrested, charged with making terroristic threats, and arraigned at Kennett District Court. Bail was set at $5,000 cash.

Unable to post bail, Maldonado-Carrillo was taken to Chester County Prison.
