DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Three people were cited by Kennett Square police on June 22 after an incident in the 700 block of Taylor Street. Marcos Hernandez, 36, of Kennett Square, was cited for disorderly conduct. David Medley, 36, of West Grove, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. A 16-year-old boy from West Grove was also cited for underage drinking. The juvenile was released to a relative.

ASSAULT

Kennett Square police arrested Fernando Fermin-Miranda, 22, and Andres Velaquez-Miranda, 33, both of Kennett Square, for simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 300 block of East Linden Street on June 28 at 10:20 p.m.

FALSE ID

Kennett Square police filed criminal charges against Pedro Herrera-Armendares, 35, of Kennett Square, on June 26 for prodiving false identification to police after an incident on June 4 at 3:57 a.m. in the 500 block of South Broad Street.

DUI

Kennett Square police arrested Jorge Zavala-Silva, 35, of Kennett Square, for DUI after he was involved in two hit-and-run accidents on June 24 at around 4 p.m. One occurred in the 100 block of East State Street, and one occurred at West State Street and Mill Road. He was released to a relative pending a summons from District Court.
