Blastin' blueberry harvest party

Milburn Orchards is hosting a blastin' blueberry harvest party on July 6 and July 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The weekend events include homemade and hand-cranked blueberry ice cream-making demonstrations, pie-eating contests for children, free samples of the fruit that is being featured, barnyard buddies, and many family-friendly activities in the big backyard. The admission price is $1 for anyone between the ages of 3 and 59. On July 14, Milburn Orchards is hosting “Sundae Sunday” from noon to 5 p.m. to celebrate National Ice Cream Day. There will a special discount on ice cream treats, free toppings on a sundae, and free face-painting for kids until 3 p.m. There is no cost for admission.
