Avon Grove High School senior Matt Brinton (center, seated) will continue his swimming career at Division I Towson University in Towson, Md., next year.  Brinton attended a scholarship signing ceremony recently at the high school. Coaches, school administrators, friends and family attended. Pictured are Brinton's parents, Christopher and Casie Brinton, and Avon Grove High School head swimming coach Kelly Burk (standing). Brinton was named to the First Team All Area this year for swimming and to the First Team, Relay. He is a four-year varsity letter winner at Avon Grove, and achieved All State and All American honors in the 100-yard backstroke this year. He also swims for the Delaware Swim Team in New Castle, Del.
